Deposit & cancellations
Due to the Covid19 crisis bringing most establishments to the brink of closure we have had to introduce the following terms and conditions.
Please read carefully BEFORE you confirm the booking as we will assume you fully understand and agree to them when you made your booking.
We have tried to make them as clear and as up front as possible. Please only book with us if you agree to them. If you have any questions please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT &CANCELLATION POLICY
A non-refundable deposit of the total cost of 1 night's stay will be taken within 72 hours of booking (this will give you the chance to confirm your travel arrangements to Islay) This means that if within 72 hours (3 days) of making your booking you need to cancel, you can do so free of charge. If you needed longer than 72 hours please contact us immediately and we can agree this with you or if we cannot agree to your request you are free to cancel without a charge.
The balance will fall due 28 days before arrival (if you have a reason why you would ask us not to take the payment please contact us directly to agree this)
Therefore if you cancel with less than 28 days notice full payment will have been taken and is NON-REFUNDABLE - in this situation we will be happy to provide you with a letter confirming this which you can use in your travel insurance claim or alternatively we will give you a voucher covering the value of the balance (the first nights stay will not be included in the voucher) which you will be free to use for a stay with us (valid for a period of 15 months from the date of issue)
